Return and Exchange Policy

At Soleply, our return and exchange policy is consistent for both in-store and online purchases. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth experience.

General Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for new and unworn items only. Cash, debit, and credit refunds are not available for returned items; instead, store credit will be provided.

• Pre-owned Items: We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds for pre-owned items, items marked as pre-owned, or any items that have been worn after purchase.

• Eligibility: Exchanges are valid only if initiated within 14 days of receiving your item and if the item is in new condition and unworn.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are considered final sale and non-refundable:

• All clothing (Example: hats, shirts, bottoms, tops, etc.)

• Accessories (Example: Supreme Shoulder Bags, wallets, etc.)

• Gaming consoles

• Luxury items (Example: Louis Vuitton bags, etc.)

• Bearbricks

Selling Worn or Older Items
For sneakers that are pre-owned, worn, or were purchased more than 14 days ago, you may visit one of our in-store locations to sell them to us. Please note, a valid order number or receipt is required to process any returns or exchanges.

Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at Support@soleply.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and address it promptly.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable. If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us at Support@soleply.com.
