Soleply Rewards Members
Soleply Rewards Members enjoy extended return benefits on eligible items.
Rewards Members are eligible for 30-day returns on eligible items in the original form of payment, including cash, card, or store credit.
This policy applies to new and used sneakers and clothing, as long as the items are still in the same condition they were sold in.
Certain items, including new releases or early pairs, remain store credit only.
All eligible items must have the Soleply Authentic tag and the original price tags attached in order to qualify for a return.
Non-Rewards Members
Non-Rewards Members are eligible for our standard return policy.
New products returned within 14 days in unworn condition are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, all items must have the Soleply Authentic tag and the original price tags attached.
All returns must be processed by a Store Manager.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
