The adidas Fear of God Athletics I Basketball Clay is a shoe designed as a collaboration between the sportswear brand and the luxury fashion brand.

This version of the adidas Fear of God Athletics I Basketball is made with a base of textile in a tan clay color. A neoprene layer can be found over the toe box and sides of the shoe, with a final layer of thermoplastic polyurethane on top of the sides, forming an oversized adidas 3-Stripes in the same color. The ankle has a sock-like fit and the heel features a pull tab and is supported by polyurethane as well. The midsole is thick and contains a Fear of God patch at the back of the heel.

What we like most about this sneaker is the modern take on the adidas logo, which sees it enlarged and slanted to take up the sides of the shoe. The adidas Fear of God Athletics I Basketball Clay was released on March 3, 2024, for $250.
