[SP20173] Jordan 5 Retro Fire Red Black Tongue (2025)

The Jordan 5 Retro Fire Red Black Tongue (2025) pays tribute to one of the most legendary colorways in the AJ5 lineup. Dressed in white, fire red, and black, the sneaker brings back its iconic look with a premium white leather upper and sharp contrasts of fire red on the midsole and lining. The standout feature, of course, is the bold black tongue, a detail that separates it from its reflective-tongued counterparts and instantly signals hoops heritage.

Every detail of this release channels the spirit of the 1990 OG. The embroidered "23" on the lateral heel, the visible Nike Air cushioning, and the translucent outsole with Jumpman branding all nod back to Tinker Hatfield’s original design. The return of the "Nike Air" logo on the heel makes this pair especially meaningful, closing the loop on earlier retros that left out that piece of authenticity. For longtime fans, this drop feels like a long-awaited reunion, while new collectors get a taste of history with modern build quality.

Celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 5, the Jordan 5 Retro Fire Red Black Tongue (2025) released at a retail price of $215 on September 13, 2025. With its timeless mix of white, fire red, and black, this faithful recreation of the original quickly cemented itself as one of the year’s most anticipated and celebrated Jordan drops.
